This is a video posted by Planetbeing, showing the iPhone 3g is running Android OS with full multi touch support.
Here is short description from developers.
We now have a multi-touch driver for the iPhone 3G. This is the biggest remaining piece of reverse engineering for the iPod touch and iPhone 3G and is a major milestone. The Zephyr2 driver demonstrated here should work on everything up and including the iPad eventually.
There are still some baseband issues that need to be sorted out. The 3G network is still not recognized, or rather, you cannot make calls (if we don’t care about having a fast 3G data connection).
