Synchronicity is a new Cydia tweak which lets you use your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad even ehilt it sync with iTunes. By default, when the iPhone syncs with iTunes via USB cable, you can’t access your iPhone and a Sync in Progess message appear on screen.
But with Synchronicity app, you can sync your iPhone with iTunes and can run app, Safari browser, make calls etc on device at the same time and this won’t prevent the Sync process. But it gets disabled when you play Music app.
Though overall performance is virtually unaffected, you may notice slight lag in certain resource/CPU-intensive operations.
Synchronicity works on any device with 4.0 or 4.0.1 firmware. You can buy it from Cydia store for $2. You need to have jailbroken iphone to use it [Jailbreak guide].
