According to multiple tweets from Pod2g, the developer of SHAtter exploit, the jailbreak tool (may be Greenpois0n) is almost ready and will be released soon. MuscleNerd, an another hacker from iPhone Dev Team has already used the SHAtter tool with a pwned iBEC to make sure that the exploit is working.
Pod2g user has also published all descryption keys on iPhonewiki to jailbreak iOS 4.1 on iPhone 4. This confirm that the jailbreak tool (Greenpois0n) is now completed.
However there is no word about the exact time to release the tool, but it will be very soon.
