TinyUmbrella 4.1.5 – Save the SHSH Blobs for Apple TV iOS 4.1

Just Recently, Apple has released Apple TV device with iOS 4.1 firmware and than iPhone Dev Team has announced that they had managed to jailbreak the Apple TV iOS 4.1 using Pod2g’s SHAtter exploit.

Apple may try to fix this exploit by updating the firmware. So if you have bought AppleTV and planning to jailbreak it, than it is good and important step to save SHSH blobs (ECID SHSH) for the Apple TV.

Tinyumbrella is a mixture of two programs Umbrella and TinyTSS.

Umbrella – The tool simply performs the same challenge request that iTunes does during an iDevice restore. The difference is that it saves the results in a single shsh file. This file will give you the ability, to restore back to a previous firmware indefinitely
