The Yahoo Messenger app for iOS has been just updated to version 2.0.1 which brings video calling support for 4th generation iPod touch.
Previously, this app was available for iPhone 4 users to make video calls over 3G to PC or Mac and vice versa but now it also available for video calling on iPod Touch 4G..

So now with Yahoo Messenger 2.0.1, you can make iPhone 4 / iPod touch 4G to iPhone 4 / iPod touch 4G video calls, as well as iPhone 4 or iPod touch 4G to PC / Mac and vice versa.
One of the best features of this app is that it also supports video and voice calling over 3G networks, unlike Apple’s FaceTime feature.
