Recently, TinyUmbrella has been updated to 4.1.13 version to work with 4.2 beta 3 for all relevant iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices. This new version has also added a few bug fixes etc. It’s the first time that SHSH blobs are being saved for a beta release.
For those who don’t know, TinyUmbrella is a free tool which lets you save your iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch SHSH blobs, so you can restore or downgrade your iDevices to a previous firmware even after Apple stopped signing that particular firmware.
Since the iOS 4.2 release is imminent, we strongly recommend you to save SHSH blobs for iOS 4.1 and iOS 4.2b3 before Apple stops signing these firmware.
