Save SHSH Blobs Directly from your iPhone, iPod touch & iPad Using iSHSHit

December 4, 2010

iSHSHit is a new Cydia app that lets you save and backup SHSH blobs from Apple directly on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices for later downgrading. It also has the original functionality of being able to send your saved SHSH blobs via email, which is a very handy feature.

iSHSHit is very easy and simple to use. After installing it from Cydia, just click on the Save button at the top right corner and save your SHSH blobs to Cydia. Once your SHSH blob has been saved, you will get a confirmation message as can be seen in the screenshots below.

To be able to use this tweak, of course your device must be jailbroken, follow this step by step guide posted here to jailbreak your device on iOS 4.2.1, or Limera1n or Greenpois0non on iOS 4.1 device.

iSHSHit is available from Cydia under the BigBoss repository for free.
