Air Home Video – Stream iPhone & iPad Camera Roll Videos via AirPlay

Air Home Video is a new Cydia app that lets you stream all your video from your Camera Roll and Photos app from iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to your PC or Mac via AirPlay.

With Air Home Video, you can also play any video in your Photos app, Saved Photos in Camera Roll on iPhone, iPad to a new Apple TV 2G using AirPlay.

By Default, AirPlay feature which is available in iOS 4.2 is not able to stream stored videos on your iPhone to your Mac or PC or your Apple TV 2G to the television sets with iTunes via AirPlay.

But you can also now shoot a video on your iPhone and without syncing it to your computer or hooking up to wires you can stream it to network connected Apple TV 2G. You can trim down videos to only view a portion of it and also select Low or High Quality streams. Low will compress quicker, but will, of course be a lower quality of video than High.

This works on all iOS 4.2.1 iDevices and of course you need a jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad for this. You can use the guide to Jailbreak your iOS 4.2.1 devices.

Air Home Video is available in Cydia under BigBoss repository. It costs $0.99 USD.
