Finally, today Google has officially announced Android 2.3 Gingerbread and the Google Nexus phone with Samsung Officially named as Google Nexus S. It is the first mobile to Recive Android 2.3 update.

Unlocked Google Nexus S mobile phone will be priced at $529 in United States (without contract purchase). With contract, the phone will be available at $199 for 2 year service plan from T-Mobile.

In UK, the phone will be available at £35 with contract and £549 for unlocked version.

In US, it will be available on December 16th at online and in-store from all Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores either unlocked or with a T-Mobile plan.
