According to KnowYourMobile site, the Ultimate Motal Kombat game coming for iPhone and they also posted a video overview of some Mortal Kombat Gameplay action on iPhone 4 while visiting EA mobile in London.
The game offers all the 13 fighters from the original series, 11 of which will be selectable and two are the bosses. You can also play it with your friends using multiplayer mode over a WiFi or a Bluetooth connection.
