Block Ads in iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad Safari Browser & Apps using AdBlocker tweak

AdBlocker is a new Cydia tweak which lets you blocks annoying ads in Mobile Safari browser and other apps on your jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad. The AdBlocker is very easy to use and powerful tool, and it is just similar to the desktop browsers.

AdBlocker tweak can remove Ads in Safari browser and some Apps which are using browser-like views (UIWebView). If an app is using UIWebViews to display content (other browsers like Skyfire, browser in a twitter client), AdBlocker will block ads from being loaded and tries to optimize the space.

The main advantage of AdBlocker for Jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, you can reduce your data usage and also speed up loading of pages, very useful if you have a limited cellular data plan.

The tweak uses a huge list that can block specific parts of a domain, or only folders from a domain or even just a single image. There are lists for 17 languages included in AdBlocker but you can add more. Just Google ‘adblock lists’ to find more such lists and add them.

Note:- AdBlocker is designed to block ads in web content like websites and not advertisement in ad-supported apps
