Airview for iPhone: Lets you Share AirPlay Video Between iOS Devices Wirelessly

AirView is a free App available in AppStore which enables to play AirPlay video stream from another iOS device or from iTunes on your Mac/Windows PC which shares the same network wirelessly. AirView also enables you to stream from iTunes to an iPad which was previously not possible.

AirPlay is a cool feature that was introduced in iOS 4.2. It allows streaming of music, photos, videos from your iPhone or iPad to your Apple TV 2G. We have already seen some solutions in the past that have tried to enable AirPlay for 3rd party apps, and also get AirPlay for Mac to stream videos from iPhone to Mac.

AirView essentially allows AirPlay from any iOS device to another iOS device on the same WiFi network. So if you have some videos on your iPhone and want to watch them on your iPad, then simply start AirView (AirPlay receiver) on your iPad and then start streaming the video from your iPhone by tapping the AirPlay icon for that video.

Currently AirPlay supports only streaming of videos and does not work with music or photos. But with iTunes installed on your Mac or PC, you can stream videos from your Computer to your iOS device too using AirView.

AirView is compatible with iPad, iPod touch and iPhone running ios 4.2 and can be downloaded for free from the AppStore or iTunes.
