confirmSMS is a new Cydia tweak for your iPhone which asks your confirmation before sending SMS. Using this tweak, you can prevent some silly mistake such as sending a message to wrong person or send an unfinished SMS.
Once you install confirmSMS on your device, a dialogue box will appear on your screen and asks for your permission when ever you sending a SMS. It is similar to AskToSend tweak.
You can download confirmSMS from the Cydia Store under BigBoss repository for free.
