iOS 4.3 Reveals iPhone 5 Will have the fast Dual-Core A5 Processor like iPad 2

Recently this month, Apple introduced the iPad 2 with fast A5 processor, and earlier today, Apple released the iOS 4.3 firmware for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Apple TV. After few hours, some developers have discovered some references in iOS 4.3 that confirms that the upcoming iPhone 5 will also powered with the dual-core A5 processor just like iPad 2.

According to the developers, the A5 chip is referred to as S5L8940 in the iOS 4.3 code and, is listed as the processor for the Wi-Fi, GSM and CDMA versions of the iPad 2. Now the iPhone 5 (Model – N94AP) kernel also reveals the model number S5L8940 - the A5 processor chip.

See the screenshot of a system file, shows that the iPhone 5 (N94AP) will have the same dual-core (S5L8940) processor like iPad 2.
