Fix the Battery Drain issue on Your iPhone 4, 3GS after iOS 4.3 update

iOS-4.3 batteryApple’s newly released iOS 4.3 brings many cool features such as Multitouch gestures, personal Hotspot, AirPlay to make your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch even better and easier to handle, but many users has experienced the battery drainage issue after updating to iOS 4.3. Their devices are not running longer on battery.

Here are some steps to control and improve the battery life on your iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod Touch and iPad.

In order to fix this battery drain issue, you just have to deactivate the “Ping” service on your device.

1: Go to Settings > General > Restrictions

2: tap on Enable Restrictions.

3: Type a new Passcode and keep it remember.

4: Now Turn Off the Ping services to disable it.

Please note that, disabling the Ping feature will also Turn off the Social notification, music and other service on your iPhone 4 / 3GS.

AND

- Go to Settings > General > Reset and select Reset Network Settings.

AND

- In Mail, Contacts and Calendar > Fetch New Data, turn Off the Push notifications and Set it to Manually.

- There is a Advanced button at below, click it and select your E-mail account, and set the Schedule to Manual.

Now, you should have normal battery life on your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
