iPhone Dev Team has just announced Ultrasn0w 1.0-1 tool to carrier unlock the jailbroken iPhone 4. Ultrasn0w 1.0-1 also can unlock iPhone 3G and 3GS on iOS 4, 4.0.1 and 3.x firmware.
